Can not recommend Paula highly enough. She's a hard working cleaner, thoroughly professional and reliably on time. My elderly parents moved in last year and we had to change the schedule and Paula moved things around to fit us in. Thank you also for your support when things had to change last year and for being so accommodating.

We are more than happy with our cleaner. She has made our lives a lot easier and our home feels lovely and clean. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Amanda is just fantastic and I hope she knows she is appreciated. She seems genuinely enthusiastic about the cleaning, works very hard and always does the full time. It's been great not having to spend our weekends cleaning the house.

We have found the service overall to be highly professional. The response to our initial enquiry was clear with all the information we need and we like the fact we actually get to speak to a person. The support from the super helpful Joanna is always helpful and reassuring. And of course our cleaner, Clara — she does an absolutely fantastic job week in / week out. She's only had 2 weeks off since she started so we insisted she take time off over Christmas and will be more than happy to pay her for it. Would gladly recommend. Thank you again.

Really outstanding customer service from Joanna who always replies quickly and nothing is too much trouble. Jade is a cleaner we can really depend on, she is reliable, does a superb job. Happy to recommend.

We have used Clean Shine and Sparkle for over 6 years. The 2 cleaners we have had in that time have both been excellent and everyone on the office team is always helpful and a pleasure to work with.

The cleaning from Jackquie is good. She knows what to do and does a good job all round the house. And the client support and communication from yourself has been clear and helpful. So yes, very happy so far.

5 stars all round. Christine does a great job and she's happy to adapt and do what she can in the 2 hours. I am not always in so have given Christine a key and she is happy to work around the 2 dogs. Johanna in the office has also been helpful and arranged cover as Chris was away for 3 weeks in summer. This was much appreciated.

After our 12 week break from cleaning due to travelling we were a bit disappointed at being allocated a new cleaner as we loved Gosia and then we had to explain everything all over again. But Mel is just as good if not better than Gosia. 10/10 fantastic service.

Aleksandra is a delightful person and we appreciate having her in the house. She is very willing to discuss the work. I ask her to do different jobs each week, often including a job which can be done if time or left until another day, and she manages to get through it all. She is also happy, when something is not quite right, to accept my request to do it differently — which is a great bonus.

Thanks for reaching out. We have both been very pleased with Karen since she started. Karen is ALWAYS on time, sometimes even arriving a few minutes early. She appreciates that we have a young family and her being on time helps us to plan our day effectively. Karen always lets us know if products are running out, or if she has noticed something that needs tending to (e.g. grouting in the bathroom). She also tells us if she is on track to finish early and asks if there are other spaces that she can clean, proactively taking initiative. Whenever she has holidays coming up, she gives us at least 2 weeks' notice to arrange an alternative cleaner through the company. Our previous cleaner took 3 hours to do what Karen is now regularly completing in 1.5–1.75 hours. The standards of cleaning is higher now and the rooms are left smelling fresh once cleaning is done. Overall, we're extremely happy with Karen's commitment and standards since taking over earlier this year. Thank you!

We have been getting on great with Emilia. We have been very pleased with her work and she is very efficient. Also had to change things on short notice on a couple of instances and she has been very accommodating.

I would like to say how happy I am with Terry. She is very hard working and does not wait to be asked to do things; she always suggests/anticipates what needs to be done, always offers to help with groceries etc. She is a real star!
